adolescent and young adult psychotherapy

I offer psychotherapy for young people and young adults (16–25), both online and in person in North London. Each session lasts 50 minutes. I also offer an initial consultation to think together about whether therapy feels right for you at this time.

I am an ACP-accredited Psychotherapist with a specialisation in working with adolescents and young adults, and over seven years of experience across the NHS and private practice.

Adolescence and early adulthood can be particularly difficult stages of our lives. Things change rapidly, and sometimes it can be hard to make sense of what we are feeling and experiencing.

The therapy I offer provides a space to reflect and make sense of difficult emotions, relationships, patterns and experiences. Some people come to therapy during periods of crisis or when they feel overwhelmed, while others seek a deeper understanding of themselves and their inner world.
