I offer psychotherapy for young people and young adults (16–25), both online and in person in London. Each session is 50 mins. I also offer an initial consultation to think together about whether therapy feels right for you at this time.
Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of difficult emotions, relationships, patterns, and experiences. Some people come to therapy during periods of crisis or overwhelm, while others seek a deeper understanding of themselves and their inner world.
